Great stop over on the way to the South. Breakfast and Dinner were available but I thought very expensive. There is a small cafe next door didn’t try it but prices were better. As far as rooms and pool all were great

Perfect for a stopover to the south
Very convenient for an overnight stop on the way to the south. Lovely town about 5 minutes drive away with a good selection of restaurants. Have stayed a few times and would definitely stay again.

Unique quiet gem
An overnight stopover travelling from Italy to Paris. The hotel is in a great location which was easy to find from the autoroute. Set back from the road and accessed via a gated drive it was born quiet and secure. Guillaume is an excellent host and made us feel most welcome. The hotel does not have a restaurant but has options to have cold plates or warmed up food brought to your room if required. We decided to eat out in Nuits St George’s however but we did order some drinks .....when in Burgundy!! The room was great for us. A double bed and bunk beds for the children. Modern simple furnishings. A fridge in the room too. The building is L shaped and all rooms are accessed via the garden/courtyard and therefore have a terrace each which we thought was lovely. There is an outdoor pool open in the summer but not now!! We were fortunate to arrive on a beautiful sunny evening and the terrace was welcome. Breakfast is extra and we took it. Good selection of breads, hsms, cheese, cereals, fruit, etc. Coffee was good. A basket of croissants was brought to each table. The ladies worked hard clearing tables and restocking the buffet ....couldn’t fault it. Also it is served in a very pleasant room. It did bump up the cost of the stay by almost 40 euros though making it quite expensive for one night. Having looked around though , it seems to be an expensive area. That said we’d happily use it again to break our journey to the alps.

Excellent hotel for stopover to South
Couldn’t fault Le Clos Badan. We have stayed here a few times before and would definitely stay again. So convenient off the main motorway for a stopover on the way to South of France/Italy. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Lovely pool.

Couldn’t take a bath. Tub plug not working. V old looking bathroom. They only serve breakfast relatively late. Have to drive a long way to find a cafe or restaurant for dinner.

Highly Recommended.
Great location exactly halfway between Calais and South of France. Guillaume, the owner is a great guy. Made us feel really welcome and good not do enough for us, felt I had made a friend. The room was comfortable clean and tastefully decorated. Guilaume has gone to a lot of trouble to source tasteful light fittings wallpaper etc. I ordered drinks and he even brought them to us while we sat on the small terrace outside the room, very civilised. Unfortunately a lot of local restaurants in this area close on a Sunday, we have stayed in this area before and had forgotten about the Sunday closing. Guillaume also had this covered and provided a lovely soup and tasty main course for us in what he uses as the breakfast room. The breakfast was typical French, cereal,croissants, bread jam, cheese cold meets and good hot coffee. Will definitely use Cos Badan again, but will be mindful of the local custom of Sunday closing. Have already recommended this hotel to friends as it is only 5 minutes from the motorway. Well dome Guillaume.

Perfect overnight stop en route to the south
Overnight stop on the way to Italy so only 1 night each way but perfect choice as so close to main motorway. Rooms very clean, staff very welcoming- would definitely recommend and stay here again

What a hidden gem! So family friendly, Guillaume at reception was so courteous and helpful with a real love of the area and the food (and wine of course). Pool and garden was just what we needed after a long drive. Room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant next door was outstanding. We will be back!

Good stop over
Quiet hotel out of town. The lock on the room door didn't work and the front desk told us we obviously were using it wrong. It was definitely broken though. The breakfast was not included which we had not known. Overall though a nice clean simple hotel room which was very reasonably priced.

Ideal hotel for stop over to Calais.
Lovely small hotel, ideally situated for us near the motorway but in a very small, quiet village (nice to come off motorway and see proper French villages and vineyards!). Arrived late & after driving for hours, we sat out on the terrace with a picnic whilst the kids were inside room on free wifi! Breakfast was lovely too, a good selection.

Simple accommodation in beautiful settings
Quaint family run chalet style accommodation which we used as an overnight stay on a long driving journey through France. Setting and surroundings are beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed as 2 adults and 2 children and room was sufficient and comfortable for our needs. Croissants served at breakfast buffet were the best we've ever tasted! Short 5 minute drive from motorway is also a bonus and only a 5 minute drive to Agincourt town centre which is a lovely historical town and worth a visit for plenty of choice for family friendly bars and restaurants. Would recommend ++++

Great Apartment in Small Town Near Dijon
We rented their apartment suite which had more than enough beds for the 6 of us. Kitchen, Wi-fi, and other amenities were terrific. I'm perplexed as to how this was listed as a 2-star --felt more like 4 star. I rented it based on the +4 rating on hotels.com and it lived up to its reputation. Staff was very helpful too.

Handy stop off en route to South France
We stopped here for one night only on our way to the South of France. We stayed in a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. There was a pool which we didnt use and a breakfast room which served a good breakfast in the morning in typical continental style - ham, bread, coffee, cereal, juice, croissants etc. We were only there for the one night so difficult to offer much more on the quality of service and how the place was managed, but it was very clean when we arrived and the manager there was extremely helpful and spoke good english (better than my French by a long shot..) I got the impression many of the people staying there were similarly on their way somewhere else, but it served this purpose well enough
