Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.

Great value! Great location! 2 min to train station. 2 min to grocery stores. Direct train to Tokyo. Easy check in and check out. Thank you for an amazing 3 weeks!

Very nice.

The hotel is in a quiet area but surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s about 4 minutes walking to metro station. Another plus point is that it can fit my big family in one room.

We travelled as a group of 12 people. We booked 5 rooms and everyone was impressed. Staffs are very helpful. Dinner and breakfast are both tasty. The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is scenic and historic. Naritasan Shinsho-ji is just next to the hotel. Even though there is no private carpark, it's enjoyable to talk the short walk to the public carpark.
