Had a great stay -breakfast was great (could have been hotter temperature) room was clean and comfortable. They had a cover charge for rooftop restaurant (I thought was a little unusual.) We went up for a look and a couple of soft drinks with no extra charge but big sign warning cover charge the next evening.

I don’t recommend this hotel but if you end up here at least make sure to avoid Jannat at the front desk. She’s a scammer, which is the last thing you’d expect at a 5-star hotel. When my fiancé and I checked in she told us dinner was included and AFTER we had our dinner she claimed that it was not included and tried to charge us. We were finally able to resolve the issue when a manager was involved but the whole experience was awful. Jannat also tried to scam us to paying double, if not triple, to get an SUV to take us from Agra to the Delhi airport! She of course insisted in cash only and said she’d take us to an ATM to get cash. This lady is just a pure scammer, and solely because of her we won’t be coming back and will warn friends and family not to go to this hotel.

We chose this hotel for its location when we came to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. We were very well taken care of especially by Jennah at the from desk who helped us check in early when we arrive at 8am from the train station and was always there with any questions we had. We chose a Junior Suite with the view of the Taj Mahal! WOW! The breakfast buffet was diverse and wonderful. We were VERY PLEASED wit our choice of The Radisson in Agra.

Manager very rude

The pool was closed when we arrived even though it was showing as open online. Manager was very rude when we asked to speak to him about it. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived exhausted from our flight to Delhi and were checked in instantly even though it was only 9am. At the end we were also allowed to check out late. Everyone was really kind and helpful and the food was just amazing - highly recommend both the breakfast and the dinner buffet. There was a bit of dust here and there and the hotel is for sure a little aged but this did not really affect our experience negatively. Overall very happy, thank you!
