Great hotel in the heart of it all. Very pleasant office staff who were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were plenty big and gave the kids and I everything we needed. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool. The hotel is well located and there are loads of options within walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. Our room included parking and we thought that was fantastic until we got there. We constantly had to move cars around and the staff had to wake up grumpy guests to come get their vehicles out of the way so we could leave early for all-day expeditions to other parts of the island. There are no assigned spots, only a narrow driveway with up to four cars crammed in there. Truly a pain in the neck for everyone, including staff.

Please do not get fooled like I did with the pics. This place is a complete dump. The pool hasn’t been open in years. The gym & laundry room are closed. The rooms have to be 50 years old or maybe older. When I arrived to check in there was a sign on the door said be back in 30 min and had a number to call to check in. After 2 calls and an hour later the woman finally showed up to check us in. That’s when the fun started. The room was uninhabitable. The bathroom has a dropped ceiling and mold everywhere. The phone doesn’t work. The tv got 3 channels. The balcony which looked amazing in the pics was far from that. The ac condenser is on it and the water that drains caused the floor to be all moldy and nasty. Cable wires running all over the balcony. The room had very little lighting that actually worked and 1 outlet to charge my phone. After hours of complaining they switched me to another room and the lady at the front desk apologizes and told me the owners don’t care about annoying. The next room was just as bad. Only thing that was better was 25ish channels on the tv. This dump is in the perfect location just needs a total renovation. Dont make the same mistake I did. Spend a little more stay somewhere else.
