Staff was great! Room- had a leakage issue in the bath creating water spillage all over the floor. Restaurant- too long of a wait for food, even for small orders. Amenities- not enough towels for a family of 4. Pool towels- had to turn in the only room key given to get towels creating unnecessary inconvenience. Everything else was good. Love the location and views.

Recuerden si lo hacen por expedía lo cual me explicaron en el hotel me pidieron $90 dólares más en cash de los cuales $50 se supone que me devolvieran los cual nunca lo hicieron. Verifiquen bien antes de hacer sus reservaciones cuando ya pienses que todo este pago. Pero lo demás el hotel muy bien y lo demás.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the friendly and polite staff. They accommodated us and seemed eager to have us stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of food on site. Beautiful views from the rooms and hotel amenities. Our car battery died and the owner Paquita came out to the rescue. Unforgettable memories at Hotel Busta Azul Aguadilla.

Room needed a lot of improvement. No toilet paper holder, towels were old and hard. Beds were hard and it was very noisy all thrive the night. The hallway light stayed on and could be see through the front room door. We didnt get much rest. This hotel is not a resort as it claims. Tiny adult pool. Continental breakfast was toast, deli meats, miniature muffins and coffee. .

It’s a great place for the entire family, friendly staff and good food, only problem the building it’s built multi leveled with no elevators, however we got helped to bring everything upstairs, excellent service and amenities inside property.

La propiedad no es lo que se muestra en las redes, llegue con mi esposo un lunes que era su cumpleaños y no habia ni donde comprar agua para tomarnos los medicamentos de la noche. En la redes se muestra un ambiente acogedor pero cuando llegamos no habia ni un alma en el hoter con excepción de la recepcionista. Te venden un all inclusive pero a las 9 pm ya no hay nada. Que si volveria o lo recomendaria? No.
