Bad experience from beginning to end.
At check-in, they charged me almost half the daily room price for an early checkin, then they said they didn’t have system, so all was done in a blank paper sheet, I signed a voucher for room fees and restaurant charges, but when I tried to charge something, they said I couldn’t, they didn’t have my voucher; then, a friend left a package for me at the front desk, and they kept telling me they didn’t have it, until almost 20 minutes searching, they found it. It is impossible to call the reception, they don’t have a phone.
The food at the restaurant is flavorless and expensive.
And to make all worst, at checkout found out they charged two nights of my stay to the company card used to secured the room, when I had left the payment with my credit card at checkin, but they never reimbursed the full amount secured in my CC, so I got two receipts for my stay, and it looks like two CC charges, so Im talking to Expedia and my bank about this.
Never staying here again.
