Je ne remettrais plus les pieds manqueprofessional
Bonjour a mon retour je souhaite faire une réclamation. D'entrée elle nous a annoncé vouloir annulé notre séjour mais vous aviez demandé 240e d'annulation et donc s'est contrainte de ne pas annuler. La raison: anniversaire de plus de 40 personnes. Étant donné que nous recherchions le calme en famille, nous avions écourté notre séjour car l'anniversaire allait durer toute la nuit. Chantal est une personne très froide et se permet de lancer des pics aux enfants. Ayant été éduqué jai préféré le lui dire a la fin afin de ne pas quil yest de dégâts devant les enfants. Je demande donc le remboursement du séjour plus exactement de la nuit passe car le séjour a été gâché. Enfin, nous avions eu 2 chambres et non 1 chambre et nos enfants ont du dormir tout seul. Enfant de 9 et 12 ans. Photos si demande.
