The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the options were good. The hotel was a bit further from the old town than I had initially thought. However, there is a tram stop around the corner and the Bratislava’s public transport system works very well.

We loved everything about this stay! Location to the train station is within walking distance with roller bags and Old Town is close by also! The room was spacious and well decorated as was the hotel itself. Staff was so nice and helpful, bar has good drinks snd great food and breakfast was great and a great price! Can’t say anything bad about this place.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff were amazing!!! No details left unturned. Anything we needed they assisted with. Room was beautiful as well as the entire property. It is in the heart of the city by all the areas you want to be near or easy access to the public transit system.
