The place is very tired…it rains and water cam in.. no plug for bath.. shower broke.. the were both partly fixed. Make sure you book a ground floor room!!

Convenient clean hotel at Aigues Mortes
The Mona Lisa is very conveniently located and has free parking. The room was comfortable and staff friendly. The only problem was the fridge didn't work but staff let me use theirs.

Comfortable but tired
For the price we payed we could not grumble.. the rooms were so basic but bed was comfy.. great for just one night. Bathroom was very tired and in need of an update. Good choice at breakfast..

Very pleasant 2 night stay.
This was the second time we have stayed at the mona lisa royal hotel and once again very happy. Reception staff efficient and welcoming, clean room, comfortable bed and a nice terrace leading onto the garden area. Air con and small fridge was a bonus. Good private parking to leave the car and have a pleasant stroll into Aigues mortes. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Good value for money, short walk to Aigues Mortes.
Good location for Aigues Mortes just to leave the car and walk in along the canal (10-15 mins). Good value for money, clean and comfortable motel type accommodation if you just want somewhere to sleep for the night. Free car park, plenty of spaces. Staff were very accommodating. We were checked in early - reception closes 12-4pm, so we had the room to leave our luggage in just before they closed at 12.

Budget cost with above budget facilities
Perfect for us on a cycling holiday. Bikes secured on our own patio where we dined each evening after using the outdoor swimming pool. Just across the road from two large supermarkets, a bakery and a very reasonable bar/club. 3 mins drive / 20 mins walk/ 5 mins cycle into town.

Good value hotel
The hotel is very good value for one or two nights. It is in a very unglamorous location near a big road and in a semi-industrial zone but is within 15 mins walk along a canal to the center of Aigues-Mortes. It has a pool to boot and air conditioning. Reception is closed at certain times incl during lunchtime so plan your arrival accordingly.

Hotel a little tired but clean nonetheless. Half the cost of one we stayed at earlier which was on the beach in a nearby town, so probably value for money.

Petit hôtel proche du centre avec une piscine agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner était sympas. La climatisation fonctionnait bien et la literie était confortable cependant quelques rénovations sont à envisager (joint de douche, poignée des toilettes cassées, bain de soleil cassés).

The hotel is in very poor condition. The shower doesn't work. The room flooded after two minutes of showering. The bathroom was moldy. The building is old with broken walls that need painting. There are no lights outside the room in the common areas when you go to the parking lot. The door to the balcony is hard to close. You are absolutely not allowed to eat in the room or on the balcony where there is a small terrace; otherwise, you get a 30 euro fine. The staff laughed at me and said it was my fault for not knowing how to use the shower properly. I told them I am used to at least a basic standard. I do not recommend you come here. It is expensive for what you get.

Très bon séjour avec ma petite fille. Avions réservé pour 3 nuits et sommes restées une semaine. Endroit calme et reposant, piscine au top, petit déjeuner d un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel.Séjour à refaire sans hésitation !
