Basic and functional accomm
Good hotel to use as a base to explore Aix and also surrounding areas. Value for money is good, as there are no additional charges for parking, wifi, breakfast or safe. Check in was good. Room comfortable, basic but everything you need. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection. Free tea and coffee also available throughout the day. Dissapointed that although a meal deal is offered and advertised each evening, I was charged full price. Generally, all good.

Old and tired
Not as good as other ibis styles. This hotel is older and in need of modernisation. Location is poor. Only a pizza takeaway close. Hotel standard more like an ibis.

We were using Aix-en-Provence as a stopover on the way to verdin gorge area. It worked out well as it is on outskirts. We did take a. Katie trip from the city and city bus stops just 20 meters from the hotel

Hotel was nice and breakfast was good. Was glad to have ac and free breakfast. Location was pretty good. The Only thing was that I gave my card at check in for room charges, but when I went to check out in the early morning they somehow couldn’t access the system and I had to go outside and get my card from the car to pay the tourist tax even though that should have been charged at the beginning when I gave my card at check in. Grass was very overgrown on the walk to our room and there wasn’t much of a welway. Other than that everything was fine.

Room was clean, if a little dated, however more than suitable for my one night stay. The onsite restaurant was excellent and the service was excellent, and very friendly. Only down side is it is a little remote and sometimes noisy due to the main road near by.

Bungalo style rooms, nice setting.
A few kilometers away from the city, otherwise the rooms are clean, noise levels down, wonderful staff. Average buffet breakfast, good choice for dinner at the restaurant.

Good for the purpose.
We just stay overnight to catch the plane the next day. It is about 15 minutes to Aix and there is not much around. It is a small, rural type hotel, but clean and even though the rooms are small they have everything you need. The staff was really helpful. The only complaint is that the shower show some mildew, it should be cleaned better.

Clean hotel in good location
Clean, functional room with a comfortable bed. Excellent parking. Delicious breakfast. Convenient local bus (just outside of hotel) to get to downtown area. Highly recommended unless a compact room is a problem.

Comfortable and clean
We stayed in a 3 person room. The design is very interesting and comfortable for 3 adults. There is a pizza shop nearby which excellent food.

Expedia Should Not Sell This Property
Unfortunately we had prepaid 4 nights here. Would not have stayed otherwise. Rooms are tiny and not clean. So little floor space that cleaning staff would not be able to wield a broom, let alone a vacuum cleaner, properly. The so called garden is just an overgrown mess of bushes. Junk lying around. Everything about the place speaks of decay. October 2013.

We liked the free parking the hotel offered. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the room clean. It was a little small but still comfortable. It looks recently renovated. I think it would have been quite a walk into the town centre, we drove about 10-15mins in. The staff didn't have great English so there was a lot of confusion about the proximity to things nearby and about paying as well.

Gorgeous Pine Trees
With all of the pine trees, the smell was wonderful. They had a Vasarely room! At the entrance, there are whimsical sculptures greeting guests. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall all aspects of the hotel was very good. The only down side was the grounds needed landscaping which would enhance the hotel no end. After saying that we enjoyed our stay very much.
