there were not at all acoustic isolation. if a next room will be occupied you will hear everything. missing air conditioner, for the price we paid normally it had to be.

Accueil chaleureux, vue exceptionnelle... Mais... Dommage, établissement en cours de travaux, studio en très mauvais état, avec de nombreuses malfaçons à divers niveaux, une plaque de cuisson à peine collée, inutilisable, tuyaux de la climatisation à travers des trous dans les murs, cuvette wc en total déséquilibre au niveau du sol... armoire dépareillée sans fermeture... armoire de toilettes obsolète... robinetteries en bout de vie très difficiles à fermer... Saleté collée par couches sur le sol... Studio à rénover totalement !

Résidence près de la plage, calme car en retrait de la route. Le cimetière en vue latérale n’est pas gênant. La vue pleine mer de la terrasse rattrape la vétusté de la résidence. Le personnel est aux petits soins !

Je recherchais un endroit où passer 2 jours de révisions avant un examen et je n’ai pas été déçue : l’endroit est très calme à cette période, une superbe vue sur la mer de la terrasse, très agréable pour le petit déjeuner …Studio meublé simplement, literie confortable et nécessaire pour cuisiner… Un gros plus pour la communication très rapide et agréable avec Emilie, très réactive aux messages et aux questions et qui a été très compréhensive malgré une arrivée et un départ tardifs. Aucun souci je recommande sans hésiter !!…
