This property (Executive Villa) should not be listed on Expedia. It is not fit to be rented. We arrived at the property to find a filthy house in serious dis-repair. The entire kitchen was filthy, not recent mess but years of baked on grease and dirt. Left over food and wrappers months old left in cupboards. Baseboards throughout the house had years of built up dirt. Ceilings had holes and water stains. Windows dirty and broken, such that bedroom windows could not close. This is not a case of a previous guest being messy but years of neglect. We left the property right away and found alternative accommodation. Despite photos to support this poor condition, Property owner gave us the run around so we have had to file a complaint with Expedia and our credit card company.
