Overall, was a good experience. Pros: staff was very friendly and accommodating. Needed linens for sleeper sofa and went down to the front desk and had a bag of linens. Needed some extra toiletries and they were happy to provide more. Enjoyed the layout of the room and even though the hotel was mostly full, noise was never an issue. Con’s: no real curtain in the room, just a sheer curtain which let all the lights from the shipping place next door in. Never have been to a place that didn’t have curtains. We purchased a blanket and clothes pins to hang up during our stay. Few minor things here and there that needed repair but nothing crazy. Thought there was a breakfast provided when I made reservations, but found out you have to pay $10 for it. For that price we just opted to go to one of the many places close by instead. Some hair clumps in the pool but that’s sorta to be expected I guess. Overall would probably stay again, and bring our own curtains just in case.

I feel bad for the desk staff for having to correct so many problems with room. There is a need for a quality control manager to make sure all rooms are inspected before allowing guest to do it for them. The cleaning staff needs to be evaluated for improvements. I have never stayed in a hotel with out a comforter on the bed or available blankets. No clock, then we were told it should of been there. Like I said the desk staff were friendly and very helpful. There shouldn't be fires to put out making them embarrassed in the first place. The coffee machine was discussing, along with the hair dryer. They were replaced. There was food in the refrigerator half eaten. Please take some pride in your business'.

I had second thoughts right a check-in. They were having some sort of computer issue. Which was fine we were in no rush. Suddenly the woman that was checking us in abruptly left and said another person would have to come out and help us. It was fine just weird. Our room at first seemed fine. As time went on we noticed no linens on the pull out. We had to put in close and go to the check in desk to pick them up and sacrifice one of the pillows from the bed. The sheets were rough and the “quilt/blanket” was very thin. One of the pillows had some sort of stain on it, there was hair on the bathroom ceiling. A zip tie on the floor of the bedroom. It was impossible to adjust the temperature of the bedroom so it stayed hot. TV remotes were difficult to use. The bathtub was dangerously slippery. Two outdoor trash cans were overflowing until the day we checked out (we stayed 2 nights). Front desk staff rarely acknowledged our comings and goings. The $10/person breakfast buffet was what most hotels would serve as a complimentary breakfast. Usually scrambled eggs, potato chunks, bacon or sausage, sometimes waffles, breakfast breads, juice, water, coffee. We enjoyed the bar and the restaurant. They served good food we had cheese sticks, salad and a flatbread pizza. The bartender was friendly and the cook even came out to discuss some options for substitutions since they were short on some ingredients. The area seemed safe and is close to a grocery store.

The beds were big and comfy. The service was good and the front desk very responsive. Only 5 mins from the airport and 12 minutes from shopping malls and centers. If you are going to visit the Pro Hall of Fame village this is the perfect stay very close but a lot less per night.

We really liked that there was a restaurant on site, fire pit area. The breakfast was just ok. I was there 3 nights.Breakfast wes the same. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and assort fruit/cereal. Change it up sometimes! It wasn't worth the $9
