The lady seems like she is a drug addict the room smells like cigarettes and weed and there is roaches in the room crawling on the walls and bed

We had an unexpected power outage at our home during a recent storm and needed a place to stay last minute. Thankfully, we found the Holiday Inn Express—and even more thankfully, we were helped by Dawn at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during a stressful situation. Dawn made sure we were taken care of and found us a comfortable room quickly. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Our room was disgusting. Toenails in the bathroom and bedroom, unvacuumed crumb covered carpet, stains on the headboard and blankets, trash above the microwave. On top of that thw toilet was not connected to the floor, there were two light switches that did nothing, and the "breakfast" was just waffles, ceral, or yogurt. The whole place smelt like weed and smoke even though we were in the non-smoking area. The staff was very kind however.

Booked this online and the hotel was closed. When I called to ask a question I was told the hotel was closed. And the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. And was out money last night because of this.

Woof!!!

After finding several roaches in my room i asked to change rooms they moved me to the very next room over. Obviously i had the same problem, after my disgusted guest left i didnt even stay and checked out at 6pm and wasnt offered an apology a free night NOTHING. Nighttime clerk was nice but daytime manager is a cheap bonehead. Super foul
