Wonderful guest service!

Our stay was WONDERFUL, mostly due to the incredible customer service. The first morning, I overslept and got down for breakfast just after they closed everything. Instead of looking at me and frustration like most hotels, the woman cleaning up (I think her name was Amanda) was so kind and offered me coffee and something from the omelette station, as they had not yet completely shut that down. Very, very thoughtful of her, and nice to be made to feel like a welcome guest, even though I was the one who was not on time. I also had a slip and fall out at a wedding that weekend, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to help me with a large Ziploc bag from the kitchen to put ice in for my ice pack. They also helped my husband with the use of a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend to cart me around everywhere in the hotel. Definitely a customer service focus at this hotel! We appreciated it so much!
