Staff. Rude at front desk. Got to Motel 15 minutes before checkin at 3:00 and was given my key and went to my room. A maintenance cart was in the room and blinds were on the bed. I called down to front desk and told them the problem and asked if I could switch rooms? Lady was rude and said the were full and could move me but they would maintenance to come up complete the repair. The man showed up 15 minutes later and said I should have never been allowed to come up this room, like it was my fault! After he was repairing, front desk called and if I used the bathroom and if not they could move me! I said the other rude lady told me there were no rooms for me! I also left a key at the front desk and told them my Son’s name. When he came a half hour later , he was asked to show his ID which is fine but was not going to let him have the key as his ID did not have the same first name as mine. Luckily his middle name is the same as mine and was given the key!!! Not what expect from a Hilton and very said as motel was nice but will not go back! The Hilton promise was not upheld!

The room and breakfast, all good. We had a room with a connecting room. There's no sound insulation between the rooms, so we could hear the TV, talking, sneezing and an alarm going off at 5:00am and the snooze for another half hour. We stayed 3 nights, and they kept putting people in that room, even though we had let them know of the problem. The hotel was not fully booked, so it would be more considerate to keep that connecting room unused.

Overall fine. The room was nice, lobby, parking, acess, breakfast all fine. The bed was NOT comfortable at all. I had brought my own pillow, which I usually do traveling, so I had to use the pillows on the bed under my legs. The bed was so hard & firm, did not sleep well. Perhaps investing in memory foam/pillow top mattress pads could help improve this. We attended a wedding in the area, so the overnight stay served its purpose
