Checked into the hotel at 12:00am due to a cross-country flight for a family funeral. Entered the room where it was 92 degrees based on the temperature on the thermostat. Asked the night auditor for a new room but none were available. Spoke with Orbitz (booked while driving in from the airport) and they spoke with the property. Over a week later, still waiting for that refund from the property. The night auditor was rude and said the room was "fine" and would "cool off" despite the air conditioning not working. We tried for 10-15 minutes to get cold air and it only blew hot air. Property did nothing to either accommodate or help us. Understand they were booked but the attitude and failure to promptly refund the money is unacceptable. Cannot believe either the cleaning crew or maintenance weren't aware of the HVAC issue in that room. Funny thing is, other family members who booked there, left the next day because the beds were so uncomfortable. Terrible.

When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room but it was fixed without issue. The staff was friendly, the whole place was clean and sanitary. The room was comfortable, we slept well. Breakfast was really delicious, lots of fresh and good choices. Would highly recommend.

1st visit to Nashville

In Nashville to watch grandson play hockey. The hotel is a short walk to Broadway and all the action yet far away from the noise. Great breakfasts and the evening buffet and complimentary 3 drinks was well appreciated.

SOME DISAPPOINTMENT THIS TIME.

RESERVED A ROOM THAT WAS A KING STUDIO WITH EXPEDIA; BUT WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM WE PAID FOR, IT WAS A DOUBLE QUEEN. IF YOUR HOTEL IS NOT GOING TO HAVE THE ROOMS AVAILABLE THAT WAS BOOKED AT THE TIME, THEN THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A REFUND OF SOME KIND. ALSO FOR THE MONEY WE PAY, ALL ROOMS SHOULD BE QUIET BY NO LATER THAN 10:00 P.M. WE HAD VERY OBNOXIOUS CHILDREN, SLAMMING DOORS, SCREAMING AND JUMPING ALL OVER THE PLACE RIGHT NEXT TO US UNTIL AFTER 11:00 P.M. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. OUR 2 OR 3 STAYS BEFORE, WERE NOT LIKE THIS AND WE RECEIVED THE ROOM WE BOOKED.

They ran out of all coffee by 7:20am and there was no urgency to brew more. Our shower had two shampoo dispensers and no conditioner. Slept well though, and the shower was great
