Staff was rude. They were shocked when I had a question. I did not know rooms were cleaned every other day. This is ridiculous. Desk left unattended. Checking out at 7:00 am took 30 minutes. There was a sign saying staff away for few minutes. Ridiculous.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Room could use some paint and minor fixes but overall was a nice property. Daily breakfast was a bonus.

Good for one night
Good stay for our family. Walls are thin and we could hear people running around and talking too easily. We came for the pool, but it was out of order and that was a bummer, but we understand these things happen. The beds and room were comfortable. Breakfast had decent options.

Pool, elevator and ice machine out of order. Towels were not nice and soft and actually grey when they are supposed to be white. Bathtub also dripped. Sorry Hampton, but this property needs help.

One of the elevators was out of service causing longer than desired waits. Pool was also closed and no explanation of why. The pool was one of the reasons I booked room there. Also not a fan of the curtains not closing completely ocross the window, leaving some extra unwanted light in. Was disappointed for those reasons.

The 1st room had a refilling toilet (9 x in 5 mins.). There was no maintenance crew at the hotel at 2:30 PM to fix it ! My 2nd room the toilet was backed /blocked up, no shower both gel,low battery in the wall thermostat. Since there was no one to fix it I put up with all of this low quality. The carpet in the hallway looked dirty, There was no Purell in the 1st and 4th floor dispensers by the elevator. One elevator was not working. I had to wait for the staff to help me check in due to computer backup at time of people checking in.

The stay itself was good. The problem is, I forgot an expensive Tommy Bahama men's shirt in the closet. Called immediately after returning home and was told they would call me back and they never did. Called a second time and got the same response but again, no call back. Called a third time and they said they thought a shirt was in lost and found. They said they would check and get right back with me. They did not. Very unhappy. It is clear to me, someone has my shirt and they have no intention of returning it. Will not return unless resolved.
