Right off the interstate and still a quiet rural area. Nice park nearby. Not too many restaurants but an excellent pizza place. Hotel very nice, clean, quiet, friendly people.

Hotel is outdated but very clean and very well kept, hotel staff are all very nice. The hotel states they are pet friendly and in my experience normally fo not upcharge. This hotel does upcharge 40 dollars per pet. There are other hotels in the area that do not upcharge. I also understand that the possibility of extra cleaning is a factor so i dont mind paying.

Horrible stay

They are very rude and when i called to see if i had left my laptop i was told it wasnt there and i accepted that. The front desk clerk was very rude and the geeneral nanager called me back and was extremely rude and accused me of accusing thm of stealing my laptop she raised her voice to me and wouldnt let me talk at alll. I had asked for another room and was told no after the fire alarm went off. She also said that the front desk clerk had a right to be rude with me because he had to evacuate the entire hotel due to the fire alarm going off when he never evacuated the hotel he also threatened to charge me for opening the window to get the smoke out . The stove didnt work properly and was told its normal for you to have to turn the knob 6 times to get it to come on. And the worst of it was the general manager hung up on me when i got rude back i called back and she continued to be rude with me and when i asked for corporates number i got told to look it up because she wasnt giving it to me. The fire department had to come out and turn the fire alarm off and told me they respond to this hotel about 200 times a month because of the fire alarm and that taking a hot shower will even set the alarm off. We left early and asked for a refund because of how we was traeted and was told no. This hotel should not be allowed to be open and is obviously not up to code if the shower will set the smoke alarm off. I will never book with this hotel again
