Best Staff Ever
The Hilton Garden in is THE place to stay if you are flying in to Akron Canton and visiting the surrounding area. It's location was perfect for our needs, but the best part was the staff. I will never remember everyone"s name, but Rachel, Dave, and Linda were particularly helpful, friendly, and kind. The shuttle service to be picked up at the airport was a lifesaver since our plane was delayed and we were unable to pick up our rental car until the next day. I will never forget how welcome and cared for we felt during our time at this particular Hilton. It all came down to the remarkable, friendly, staff and the security, comfort, and peace we experienced there.

Excellent location and great staff
We needed to stay in a place with easy routes to Akron, Massillon, Barberton, and Canton. The Hilton Garden Inn fit our needs perfectly. The staff was very friendly and offered multiple suggestions of nearby places to visit in our free time. We enjoyed many of their suggestions and highly recommend this hotel due to not only its convenient location, but its awesome staff.

Nice stay!
Very nice hotel - close to airport but does not feel like an airport hotel. Spacious and bright. Staff was so nice - safe, clean and easy access to highway.

This hotel will always be my go to. Everyone has been kind, professional, and informative. If you appreciate a quiet and clean place to relax, this is your place. Not to mention the breakfast is something i look forward to as well. I definitely recommend and we will always return.

This is a very nice place. The bed was comfortable, passing was ample and lighted. The desk staff were pleasant. Loved 12:00 check out. The only negative was there was fuzz under the bed which means it's not regularly addressed, but the room was clean.
