My stay was good. Other than not knowing or seeing that there was an additional $100 security deposit to pay when I got to the hotel. I enjoy the fact that I can book without paying upfront. It was clean, staff were nice.

Awesome hotel

This is my second time stay here,The staff was amazing, very Friendly and helpful, as you walk in and the hotel is very clean in my room is very clean. The breakfast was ok and if you don't like the choices they have for breakfast you can always go to Sheetz across the street

Not as advertised. I chose location due to having indoor pool. Being early march in northern ohio indoor seemed like best option for swimming. Sign on door says pool closed. No dining or lounge within ealking distance, just a few convenience stores. Television had a very extensive printed lust of channels on desk. Not sure why they would print a list of unavailable channels. Room guide offers vending machines, however all machines are empty and a small shelf in lobby with an extremely limited selection of snacks and drinks. I travel to the area frequently on business and will not make the mistake of booking here again

No pool open

The hotel itself was great, but they never informed us the pool was closed prior to our stay. I had very upset children that had swim suits packed. So we left after 2 hours and went to another hotel with an open pool. We traveled 2 hours for the hotel and were disappointed. We ahould have been notified.

We have stayed here everytime! The room was great, and the staff are friendly and professional. There is minimal noise heard from the room. We recommend this place if you are looking to book!
