The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There was an electrical outage on the morning we were checking out, and the staff bent over backwards to help get my disabled spouse down from the 4th floor.

The staff were very nice. The bathroom was not very clean and there was hair in the bed and bathroom from past guests. Some mold in the caulk lines in the bathroom. Just not what I’m used to with a Hyatt.

The reason why I gave only three stars is that the Wi-Fi was spotty at best, pretty terrible at worst. They advertise that you can cast to the TVs because they are smart TVs, but you couldn’t do it. When I asked the front desk about it, they said that they recently replaced the TVs and that they weren’t capable of casting, anymore, yet in all of the QR code amenities listings, it says that you can still cast to the TVs. Also, the Wi-Fi was very spotty. Several times during my stay, I got an error code every time I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi.
