Hyatt Place at Belden Village
Good stay at Hyatt Place in Canton OH which was very nice. Comfortable beds and clean rooms / bathrooms. The front desk person was also the bartender so it was hard to get anyone’s attention in the evening when I wanted to make a purchase.

Was very pricy - room was spacious. Was disappointed that they said I booked a handicap room. Was very uncomfortable being on the first floor. Would not have booked it if I knew.

The front desk staff were not very attentive. Also they charged me a $100 pet fee , I said the website said $75 and she said I was looking at a 3rd party site…I was not the Hyatt policy page said $75 !

Great location off of the highway. we were there for the Pro Football hall of Fame, which is a short drive from the hotel. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, or a short drive. Property was clean, rooms were nicer than most places I have stayed that are similar.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and appreciated that my needs were met with my requests at reservation. The hotel was clean which was very impotant to me and the staff was great. Our room was a king room and was very spacious with a great design and floor plan.Breakfast could've been better but was okay. Thank you.

Positives: cleanliness and friendly staff. I was in for the half marathon so the breakfast until 10am and check out time of noon were very nice. Negative: as someone who is shorter in stature the shower head was very high.
