I would not recommend this motel to anyone. No one at the check in desk had to call. We ask to see the room and the clerk took us to a room that was occupied. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator light was not working so we had to use our phones flash lite. We also found a bedbug the next morning.

Upon arrival the check in was slow. No one at front desk. Had to call a phone for service. Light did not work in elevator making it scary to use and difficult for my elderly friends carry their bags up two flites of stairs. Ice machine on my side of the hotel was out of order. So we had to go down two flights over to the other side of the hotel up two flights. Back down two flight across the hotel back up two flights. Ridiculous!! We stayed two nights. After a long day we got back to the hotel late only to find all of our key cards did not work. We had to go back down to the desk with no attendant. Call the number and wait for a very rude person to reactivate the key cards. The toilet in my room was dirty. The condiments (Shampoo, lotion, and mouthwash bottles) where used. With all that said. What bothered me the most was after 5 years of being a guest at this hotel. The Flag poles are empty. Fly the American Flag!!! Be proud of the country that makes it possible for you to own a hotel in America. I will not be returning.

Overpriced for the minimum bare comforts you get
Elevator out of order, no ice machine on our side of the building and a long walk to the closet one. There was no one ever at the front desk. You always had to call and then wait for clerk to appear. Breakfast was very minimal and unattended. Food items ran out quickly and you had to go front desk, call for clerk and ask for breakfast to be refilled. People just standing around waiting for food. Have to have room card activated each day. Very inconvenient since the clerk is never there. There was NEVER one friendly interaction with any member of the staff (when you could find someone who worked there). Feel the place is very overpriced for the very minimal comforts provided. Will NOT be a repeat customer for sure.

Great budget hotel, you’re not going to get a Hilton experience because you’re not paying Hilton prices, my group had no complaints, no issues with the room, the breakfast juice dispensers didn’t work but that was it, staff was great and overall good experience

Never Again!
The hotel is in need of repair. The outside looked fine, however once inside the opposite was true. How do you keep a ripped shower curtain even up for a guest to see, much less use? Who in the world repaired the hand holder in the shower, a kindergartner with play -doh? Why was there no glass door on the fire extinguisher in the hallway? Why was there hair in my shower? Why in the hell was the pipe for the shower head exposed and the hole in the wall clearly visible? Your hotel is badly dated and looked it. The TV remote didn’t work properly, so overall I feel pretty generous with my ratings. As a side note, I’ll NEVER stay in a Quality Inn again. There are too many other options to choose from. No wonder your parking lot was empty, that alone should have clued me in.

Hotel was old and dated with no one at front desk until you call a phone number. Sheets had holes in them, room was dirty with old napkins and garbage behind the night stand. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Used the pool and there were no towels and had to again call to get someone at the front desk about towels the worker brought 3 towels total for my family of 4 to use. Breakfast was not stocked and only offered toast and a few eggs left again with no staff to refill anything. The side and back door card readers were broken and door left unlocked. Ice machine “out of order” on 1st floor. Water pressure in bathroom was low. I would no recommend staying here.

I had to use my phone to call for help at the front desk when I arrived. I was given the wrong direction to get to my room. Doesn't seem like a big deal? Read this: Unloaded our luggage on a cart and went back into the lobby which was difficult because there are no ramps, and the doors are not automatic. Once in the lobby, the desk clerk said that we have to go back outside and go to a ramp in the direction she pointed. Went to that ramp and then had to maneuver through tight door openings. Inside we went from one end of the corridor to the other and our room was not in that wing. Left my cart to go back to front desk, No one there, so I went into the next wing and found our room. Had to take the cart back outside and around the lobby area to another ramp and doors that were difficult to manage. So glad it was not raining. Bkfst: Auto coffee dispenser....not very good coffee. Eggs were not very appetizing. Garbage was left piled up in and on top of a garbage can just outside the entrance ramp we used. Pool water looked a little dingy. Did not use. Just OK for one night stay but will not go back.

I only booked this hotel cuz they were supposed to have a hot tub and a gym but when I got there they did NOT have a hot tub, only a pool. The ice machine was out of order, the gym was out of order. The clerk was really hard to find sometimes. Just not an over all good time. Would not recommend this place for an extended stay. Maybe if I was there for a one night stay and leave the next morning, not a bad hotel but for a couple nights? No

Comfortable stay
Comfortable place to stay for two nights while attending a funeral. I especially appreciated the quiet and clean room and the pool! The breakfast was disappointing, both the options and quality. And the whole place needs basic renovations — even just fresh paint — to look cleaner and inviting.

I tried to check in at the hotel at the proper time of 3:00 pm. I was told by the desk clerk that my room would not be ready for about a hour. I have NEVER experienced something like in my life. The elevator was out of order.
