I would give the day clerk 5 stars.. She was very nice and helpful.. I will give the night clerk 1 star. I had gone out to eat and when I came back that evening my door was being held open by the deadbolt. Also, the TV remote was in a different spot and the TV had been turned off. Nothing else was moved or missing. I closed the door but my key card didn't work. I went to the office to reactivate it and told her the situation. She said that nobody has been in my room. I again repeated the situation and she insisted that it couldn't have happened. I don't appreciate being called a liar. Don't recommend that Red Roof.

Rooms could have been cleaned better. Toilet was dirty, floors needed to be swept and mirrors had hand prints all over them. Trash can outside by stairs was over flowed and spilled beer

The bathtub was disgusting. It had dirt and rust stains all over it. My husband and i refused to shower in it and showered somewhere else.

Cheap, easy, and quite alright
The only issue I had was the heater was loud and clanky. It was uneven in it's noise level. Other than that everything was wonderful.

First room when i arrived had hair all over the bathroom so they gave us another room and that room had chip crumbs in one of the beds and on the floor hair in bathroom again and a old beer can on the side of the bed. The comforter had a big blood stain on it, this place has lost my business

The night we stayed.
The staff was so friendly, but the room was not so great the ceiling was falling apart and the other bathroom was dirty, and the people that were staying upstairs from us were very loud and stomping on the floor. Other people outside were loud and could hear them with the tv on. But the bed was nice and comfortable.

The room was mostly clean but older looking other than the granite sink counter. The room was very small. The curtain rod needs repair, lamp stand was very rusty, no fridge. It was very basic and outside noises were easily heard.

Hotel was fine but the rooms were small. Only one staff member on site so when we arrived we had to wait for them to get back to the desk. Rooms were clean and the location is next to a mall - lots of restaurants and shopping available.
