Always stay here when visiting family in the area. This summer I splurged on a suite with a balcony facing Cuyahoga Falls. It was outstanding! It was during the week and very quiet. Wanted to extend my stay but these suites were all booked for the weekend. The suite has two floors, with the bedroom, bathroom and small sitting room on the floor where you enter the suite. You take the internal stairs down to the large living/dining/kitchen space below, which is also where you access the balcony. I mention the stairs because they could be an issue if you have mobility problems. Just take the stairs slowly. in addition to Beaus on the River right in the hotel, there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The town is charming. The staff at the hotel is wonderful and welcoming. Everything was clean and in order. There were a few spots where things looked a little dated or worn, but that did not distract from the fun of having a two-story suite with balcony.

Excellent property. Many amenities. Club level was fantastic - enjoyed having breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Beds were super comfy. Location was amazing. This town is adorable. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. My only complaint, the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and/or updated.

The suite with a falls view was great for my family, with my teen son loving the privacy afforded by the separate living room and fold out sofa bed. The property is conveniently located for waking around to restaurants and a short drive into Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The staff was very friendly as well.

Even though they are going through renovations it’s still very nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the shower a little bit more because there was orange mold on the grout, which is easily clean by a brush and also mold in the tub caulk. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Sheraton was enjoyable. The river view was very nice. The restaurant, Beau on the River was very nice with a great hostess. The little things matter- we had soap suds and black crud that came up the drain in the shower. There was no conditioner, just an empty bottle. One of the amenities was room service menu, however, on Sunday we were told the hotel was too busy and they cant take orders. It was Fathers Day, which tells me there is not sufficient planning or employee over-sight to ensure employee staffing was sufficiently allocated. So.you either have bad management or poor leadership. Your employees are the ambassadors of the hotel name and their ability to serve the customer either reflects positively or negatively upon the Sheraton. Thank you and hope this helps run your business a little better.
