Awesome bang for the buck

I am utterly blown away at the level of quality of the facility and service from the staff. I have stayed at much worse hotels for twice the price. The rooms were small but clean and well maintained, the breakfasts were well balanced and the staff were friendly and very acvomdating. Springhill Suites us my new go-to whenever I am traveling.

Very clean, spacious, and quiet rooms! Bed was very comfortable as well and the rooms are modern / newly renovated. The staff is by far the star of this hotel though. The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day!

Nice, roomy hotel that was very clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff made check in easy. We visited the President McKinley Library/Museum and Mausoleum (where his and his wife's sarcophaguses are held). I think the Football Hall of Fame must have been having an event because we were turned back by a police officer and not permitted to go to the parking lot. Both of those were close (a few minutes driving distance) from the hotel.
