Cons: restaurant booking on the app was disappoint as everything was full and left with only one option. Lack of dinner options if your unable to book a reservation. The stay was overall great. However, my wife did come down with a bad case of food poisoning. I bought some medicine from the on-site pharmacy and the desk called our room several hours later to see if we were ok and needed anything. Otherwise, the food was great, it was very family friendly (lots of kids), coatis and iguanas all over the grounds, and the hotel was beautiful and relatively peaceful.

The dining area was extremely noisy and overcrowded, which made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, the quality of the food was very disappointing—I found it difficult to enjoy any of the meals and ended up leaving the resort on most days to dine elsewhere. I was also hoping to try the complimentary specialty restaurants; however, they were fully booked throughout our stay, and I was unable to make a reservation

The facilities were always very clean which I appreciated. The restaurant dinners that required reservations were also delicious. However, the food at the main dining room was sometimes barely edible. The entire resort was extremely hot, even with the air conditioning blasting as much as possible.

Snack bars could have had more help to better serve guests, especially by the msin pool.

Evening a la carte dining was good, quality of rooms seemed basic compared to a few years ago. Assistance provided by Pablo in the Tulum Privilige Lounge was excellent in sorting out any issues that we had.
