Everyone and wvwrything was amazing! The beach was gorgeous, the food super, and the rooms all had a soaking jacuzzi that was spectacular. There was nothing more we could have asked for and had we , the staff would have gotten it! We will be back!!

Great service! All the employees were very pleasant and made sure we felt at home. Big thanks to our concierge Sophia… very helpful. The beach was excellent and always clean, rooms were kept and refreshed everyday impeccably. Would recommend the Preferred Club it’s an excellent value add on, they had great snacks and made us feel extra special. Love this place, looking forward to coming back!

A jungle like setting with lots of large trees and plants. Gardens are immaculately kept. Service by all workers is exceptional, very friendly amd gracious. They will help you anyway they can. Sincerely helpful, everyone is well taken care of no matter the catégorie of room. The food was very good, same with drinks and nice choice of non alcoholic drinks. Pools are very clean, ocean nice but bring water shoes due to some surprise to y coral and green bottoms which are perfect for seeing sea turtles and fish. Great snorkeling at the national park just next door.

Beautiful property, beautiful beach, staff is incredible, food is good- the French restaurant was horrible though, wouldn’t recommend. Drinks are tasty but I wonder if they are watered down because I didn’t have one hangover the entire week we were there and I drank a ton haha. Would definitely recommend this resort.

The property and staff are amazing. The food was disappointing. Not just us but the friends traveling with us agreed as well. We have been to tons of all inclusive but the cooking was bad. Otherwise amazing resort

We loved our stay at Secrets Akumal. The rooms were awesome, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were three pools; we never had an issue finding two lounge chairs together. The beach was beautiful, again, no issues finding seats. The resort was quiet and tranquil.

Beautiful hotel and nature surrounding property. Turtles and stingrays in the beach, which was an amazing experience. Food was not at the level we expected. Customer service was superb with everyone, but the waiters at yhe restaurants, which did keep us wanting for more. Overall, I give this a 4 out of 5 stars, because of the food and waiter service. I must say, breakfast was up to par, but the other restaurants weren’t. The only one worthy of mention was the French restaurant and possibly the Italian restaurant as well.

Secrets NYE

The service was remarkable. They need more entertainment at night. We did find the nights boring, and although they tried really hard for New Year’s Eve, I feel they should’ve had one big party only and should’ve done it as a buffet we found ourselves sitting around, waiting for something to happen and honestly, the entertainment didn’t start until 11 o’clock so it was quite boring leading up to that point. Very nice beach . Ocean was clear and beautiful. Nice for snorkeling .
