Clean place 👌, staff was as protocol

We stayed here as part of a layover on our way back from the Maldives and it could not have been more perfect. We had notified the hotel staff that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had left us some treats in our room on arrival. We were travelling with our two young children and the staff were so accommodating of them. The hotel was nice and modern, offered easy access to most places in Doha, breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff. During our stay, I visited the gym which was spacious and offered plenty of options and we also visited the rooftop pool. We thought it would have been good for the smaller pool atleast to offer some respite from the sun during the day but we still managed fine, would have been easier with kids if it had. We also did not realise it was an additional charge for spa access. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and will be returning in the future.

I stayed one night only, location is next to Hamad Hospjtal Station. Lulu shopping is nearby. Very clean and has good security.

Very disappointing experience at Al Messila Resort. For a property positioned as a luxury resort, the overall experience was far below expectations. The level of service did not reflect a five-star hotel, and the attention to guests was disappointing. When you pay premium prices, you expect professional service, proper attention to detail, and an experience that makes you want to return. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay. I have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts, and based on this experience, Al Messila did not meet the standard I would expect from a Luxury Collection property. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in service quality and guest experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on this stay.

The staff were great , very helpful and accommodating . It was hard to communicate in english but for the most part things were okay . As for the cleanliness , the couches were not clean , the mattress was very hard to sleep on and there were no iron board , iron or hair dryer (we had to ask for them). The place is surrounded by construction , we could hear some noise on the third floor. The road was mostly closed due to construction so we had to find a path around the hotel to take the high way. Lusail city is very beautiful .there are a-lot of land marks and food options . We enjoyed our time touring the city.
