We booked a Panoramic Deluxe room. When we checked in, we were given a room with no window. The picture for the Panoramic Deluxe room had big windows with wonderful views of the Pyramids. Those views are why we booked that room. I went down to reception with confirmation of the room we booked. The clerk called the manager who said we could have another room at a different hotel that just opened. The staff got our bags & moved us The new room was hardly a panoramic view. At least, we had a window, but we had a cat's view of the Pyramids, ie we could see the tips of two pyramids peaking over some buildings. The hotel was open for business, but should not have been. The 'restaurant' was on the roof which did have a nice view of the Pyramids, but did not have a kitchen. We were given menus & ordered, but the food had to be brought in from another hotel. The room had no amenities except for Wifi. The bathroom had nothing - no soap, no shampoo, no shower gel. It had one liquid soap dispenser on the wall next to the sink, but pump as hard as we could, we could not get any soap out of it. We ended up using wet naps we had with us. The building itself was still being worked on. So, this is not really a review of the Giza Pyramids Hotel, but of the Signature Hotel we ended up in because the Giza Pyramids Hotel did not live up to its end of the bargain by not giving us the room we booked & paid for.

Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and ask for a lot of money, if not, they decline your request. Don’t use UBER to go back to the airport. Arrange airport port pick up a head of time.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the rooftop breakfast with the most breathtaking views of the pyramids! Such an incredible experience and something we'll always remember. The accommodation itself was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us and made our time in Giza a highlight.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

Youseff and Mohammed will take excellent care of you. Put your trust in them and don't forget to tip ....Big !! They deserve it.
