We didn’t get to stay on the property because there was a storm and it set off the power outage, but we had already paid for our room and signed all the papers and everything and he told us to come back because our room wasn’t clean. We came back and he couldn’t give us a room because their power went out so I sent all the maid services home. Which left us without a room! Which we paid for and they refused to refund us that money

The tiles were all broken and the toilet was sinking into the ground. There were cigarette burns in the blanket and on the sheets. The person at the desk never checked me in and got fired. They didn't give me the right room and it was double booked. There was just a lot wrong with the whole place.

We had booked two nights but left after the first night. The room was filthy, stained box springs, stained carpets, stained walls, loose and chipped tiles (sharp edges) in the bathroom, apparent cigarette burns on the tub, crumbling plaster around the shower. And there were trains that blew their whistles all night. A really terrible experience.
