Shower looks dirty and old , the 2 things I like from a hotel is the jacuzzi and breakfast, jacuzzi clorox was too strong I still with headache, Breakfast was very limited there is NOT options for people on low carb diet, and I get surprised when I see empty containers and a lot of people waiting for food , on My Room the shower has stains on the floor and a lot of water spots, I really don't like to take a shower there ......some of the employees don't really answer my questions, I REALLY GET SURPRISED WHEN I SEE THIS HOTEL HAS A 9.2 RATE

Do not let them run your card twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady at check in ran my card twice for "incidentals" because she said the machine kept doing this recently but not to worry because it would not charge me twice. I paid for my room before I got there. She never told me what the fee was for the incidentals, but I was in fact charged twice totalling near what I already paid for the room.

The person who checked us in was amazing! During our previous hotel stay, we learned that my son and I could no longer share a bed because he’s quite the bed hog. I asked about renting a rollaway bed, but I’m guessing they weren’t available at this location. Instead, she upgraded us to a room with a pullout couch so we’d have a third bed. It was such a kind gesture and made all the difference for a good night’s sleep. I really wish I had remembered her name!

The hotel itself is very nice it might even be new. They do housekeeping every other day which was fine we were there 3 days so housekeeping the middle day was fine with me. The 2 things I did notice was the last 2 days of my stay the breakfast was wiped out and not restocked. I also picked this hotel because it had a hot tub which was broken the entire stay. If your kids like a big pool this one is not real big so we chose to not use it and just to use the nearby hot springs instead.

Next time I’ll stay at the Marriott

Hot tub not working, both treadmills did not work the tv in our 1st did not work. We visit Alamosa quite often, and the Marriott is a much nicer hotel. We will never stay at this Fairfield again.
