Property looks abandonded from the out side, several men drinking in the parking lot outside the side entrance with broken door. The moment I got into the room someone was setting off and alarm outside my room and getting sick. Hotel manager refused to make any accomidations and refused to refund the cost of the room, regardless I did not stay as it felt unsafe.

Nice staff but hotel is outdated.

Service: 5 stars for the service, the LADIES at the front desk were the sweetest, the guy is a jerk. Little shop near front desk: good selection, but they price gouge. Crazy expensive! Pool: not anywhere close to what is advertised. Pools and Slide was old and rusty, at least they had it gated off. Room: our bathroom door stuck like crazy, sweet lady at front desk said maintenance would not be able to get to it while we were there. Our bed creaked every time we turned. Location: was good, everything in town is close. Overall, you can tell they updated in some areas, but it still feels very dated.

The breakfast options were very limited. The lobby was very hot. The pool area was large but empty of people. The A/C worked fine in the room, as did the TV and shower. The place needs a new machine to code keys and the mattress sagged.

We had a handicap accessible room, which was nice; bed was comfortable. Only problem was going to eat breakfast or to the pool, was all the way on the other side of the facility, much too far for us folks with mobility problems.

It has an indoor pool with a water park type tube slide..not the typical hotel pool slide. The place is what it is for the price and its one of a few that are decently priced. On the lower end for Alamosa but it and the one next door are in an open area right near the town intersection. Police presence and parking lot is lit up all over. Lots of space to pull in and out, and park if you are hauling a trailer or something in tow.

An okay place to crash for the night

Everything was okay. I can't really say anything bad about it. But something that really struck me was the work cultural there. No one was happy to be there nor motivated. I even have proof of an employee sitting on the breakfast area staring on the phone while in uniform.
