We come to Alamosa a couple times a year for the dunes and we always stay here! I LOVE it, its quiet, the breakfast is decent. My only thing... is I WISH THE WATER SLIDE WAS OPERATING. Every time my intrusive thoughts make me wanna climb up there lol

This hotel is somewhat dated in the lobby area, but the bed was so cozy and the room so quiet I slept through the free breakfast. That’s not like me.

This was kind of a survive and leave hotel. Main public restrooms were terrible. The room was a suite, with stained furniture and covered holes in the walls that haven't been patched. The peephole had a napkin showed in it for cryin out loud! Breakfast was adequate. The best part was the bed, we slept well. So if that's all you want to do in this hotel, it works just fine.

Lobby was so hot it was not a good place to hang out by. Breakfast was always out of things like coffee, pancake mix, boiled eggs, etc Several people had to have their key re done as we could not get back into our room. Very dissapointing for these types of hotels and will not stay there again

Service was good it’s a very old building needs new paint and it would have been nice to use the slide at the “water park”. That being said the sheets and pillows were clean and so was the bathroom, breakfast was minimal but they had the waffle maker so that was a plus. No dairy free options and it was weird that the eggs were just sitting out and not refrigerated. We had a good time looking around and watching cable tv again.

The Pictures of the hotel were very deceiving on the Expedia website. The place was run down, pool was in poor shape. My family felt unsafe at the hotel. Expedia gave the hotel a 7.4 rating. Reviews later found online were terrible and the hotel had lots of complaints including bugs. We not go back for anything. We asked for a refund and were told they had no manager on site to issue a refund as well.
