Good property, adequate amenities. The staff is warm and really brightens up your experience of the stay. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. I would definitely recommend Mandala Ace Albany for your next visit to Albany, especially if you want to have a good accomodation experience without spending and arm and a leg.

I found the room very good, nice and clean, very roomy and the bed comfortable. The shower and toilet area was again clean and in good working order. There was not any cutlery provided which I assume is to influence you to use the Motels restaurant where my major concern lies, without doubt it would be the worst meal we have had.We had breakfast I ordered pancakes with berry compote,syrup and ice cream , the edges were crispy to a point of non edible and they were so thin and yellow in the middle nothing what I would recognise as a pancake. My wife ordered eggs Benedict the eggs were so over cooked they were more boiled than pouched, the whole meal was dry. In this day and age restaurants should have a decent espresso machine no it was instant coffee machine all in all poor. Please get a new chef
