Spend a bit more to stay at a nicer place. This property is very run down and dirty. Money needs to be put into it to be renovated! People are cordial. Walking distance to restaurants so you don’t have to spend time at the property

This was absolutely awful. We traveled to this area for a kids basketball tournament. We purchased a total of 8 rooms. The rooms smelled like moth balls, old lady perfume, and dirty carpet water. The walls were very weird they were covered in lumps and had holes that were spackled but not painted over. The “continental breakfast” consisted of only toast and a crusty waffle maker. It had burnt crust and it was sticky. The beds were tiny and mediocre. Not dirty, but basic. There

Crowded and loud but decent

The staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze. The room was clean. The room was overlooking the pool, and it seemed someone was having a birthday party. So it was very loud all day Saturday and Sunday. Didn't use the pool, but wouldn't have been able to if wanted.

Dirty, used towels with blood on them. Dirty rooms. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke and weed even though this is a no smoking hotel. Loud, noisy neighbors constantly slamming doors and playing loud music. Do not recommend.

The staff was wonderful! Extremely friendly. The pool is awesome and the pool lounge area is amazingly comfortable! We stayed an extra day we loved it so much! My grand daughter loved hanging out in the pool and lounge area! There are many ‘picture taking sitting areas’ to take portable pics to social media! I highly recommend this hotel if u are visiting in the Albany area. It is conveniently located near malls and all the Albany attractions such as the NYS museum and the Vita Aquarium and movie theaters.

We arrived very late at night and the rooms we were given were not up to par. They were in poor condition, and in one of them the toilet was not working However, upon request we were relocated to much better rooms the next morning. What could have been a bad experience became much better very quickly. The hotel staff moved mountains to make sure our stay was beyond adequate. Would come back here again! Thank you Albany Airport Inn!!

The service and workers are very attentive. I felt as if the hotel could be kept up with more because of old and unclean bathrooms and the fact that the rooms share a door with the pool. This added noice and caution as to who could access the room.
