Room smoke detector was going off from a low battery. Called the front desk to handle the issue, guy comes to the door and ask me to switch rooms. So after changing rooms from a noisy to an ice cold room i knew right the i shouldn’t have booked for 2 days. Long story short i stay the few hours to rest and went someone else without asking for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no other option.

The place was disgraceful never ever stay there again it was terrible I complained to management seemed like they didn’t care the door was broken going in the building anyone could go in the room was so dirty

The room smelled like smoke, the shower had black mold and the heather wasn’t working correctly. The lobby was crowded from a party. Little kids were running all around and ran into me. No one was watching them.

I reserved 3 rooms for the night. 1 of the rooms did not have good heat, I called the front desk and we were moved immediately! Everything was clean the pool was great I am boooking another stay as we speak!

The staff was very nice and easy to deal with. Room was clean, hallways were freezing however. 24 hour shuttle service was exceptional and convenient. Would stay here again.

The room was freezing cold they gave us a extra comforter. that help for night time but day time it as very cold. We had the temperature up to 90. The last day when we were leaving the room was warm. All the halls were cold and the clerk was wearing a coat. The clerk was helpful. The clerk said he turned the heat on two hours before we arrive but it takes a long time to warm up.
