There was no services. Stayed 12 days They never emptied trash or gave us fresh towels. We washed our own towels. The property needs serious updates. The wallpaper was pealing off the wall. The bathtub was rusty and the ceiling had rust. The shower was leaking. They replaced the bathroom door handle with shower face plate. Really. The outside door card reader did not work which required us to go thru the lobby every time.

Every single surface was dirty. Every wall. The art glass. Night stands. Garbage under the bed. Poo on the towels. A disturbing message in the mirror found after the shower so those are not cleaned either. The bathroom door was filthy. Floor. Every wall here too. Disgusting. I don’t think anything is ever cleaned. Oh and the breakfast was a lie. Nothing available. Only thing we liked was the proximity to the airport. Don’t trust the Wyndham name here. It was worse than lesser priced and lesser starred places I’ve stayed at.

It was dirty from the front door all the way through, the bed had stains all through it, the shower curtain was moldy, toilet lid was the wrong size, and the hall and room reeked of weed.

No hot water in the bathroom sink.The bathroom door was broken and lot of problem opening and closing. No elevator so needed to take steps to 2nd floor which was very inconvenient. Finally, we thought there was some kind of breakfast, which turned out to be a bag with a muffin, apple, energy bar and bottle of water....rather disappointing. Staff was very helpful at check-in.

If i could give negative values i would. Room was disgusting, hinestly shocked there were no bed bigs. Sheets, pillow cases and balnkets stained. Walls scuffed and stained. Toilet cracked and leaking. We paid for long term parking, they called me while i was away stating the parking was up even though i had paid for the parking ahead of time and the amount was for 7 days with tax. There is supposed to be a shittle to the air port we called to be picked up and no one answered the phone so we had to pay for an uber. Sleeping in the woods across the street from the airport would be an upgrade compared to this place

The room was absolutely disgusting. I normally don't write reviews, but there was sticky stuff on all of the tables- and MOLD in the bathroom of our room. The TV/alarm clock/and phone all didn't work either.

Furniture in the room was okay. But as another review mentioned, the shower curtain was pink at the bottom and should be replaced. The bathroom needed better cleaning. We switched rooms when we found 2 stains on the sheets.

Our first room had water on the bathroom floor; the staff quickly gave us a better room. The staff cheerfully gave us a replacement for missing tv remote. The room rug was ok, but the hall rugs were dirty and had holes. Smelly overall. Bathroom wall had mold. Continental breakfast replaced by brown bag from front desk.

I have been in low budget motels before. This hotel was unhygienic, unsafe bathroom with mold , on ceiling, walls , tub filthy, shower curtain filthy. I have video and pictures to show how terrible the bathroom conditions were. Totally unbelievable. I have never seen anything like it before.
