Came in for a wedding, honestly, the rate was high but glad to be close to the venue. Jessica was super helpful. I needed to check in a bit early to change for a wedding and she was great about making it happen. OneNote, there was an overflow parking lot that was dark and not secure feeling. The hotel was full. I enjoyed my stay. Service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The only thing I found that needs to be improved was the strong chemical smell after the room was cleaned and it took awhile for the smell to clear. Perhaps adjusting the amount of chemicals used in the floor cleaning mixture would help

It was clean. Served our purpose. Didn’t like that I had to leave 100.00 additional deposit at check in. Was told it would be credited when we checked out. Still waiting on the credit. I was also told that breakfast was at 7:00 am but upon check out was told that was a mistake it was at 6, so I was able to grab a cup of tea before leaving.
