I purposely rented this hotel for the night because when I called them and asked about a shuttle to the airport she told me just to reserve when I check in. However they failed to mention it’s very limited. So I had to spend an extra 75 dollar for a Uber bc it was early morning and we are a young family Of 4. They should have let us know that we most likely wouldn’t get a shuttle.

Interesting Stay
First time at the Courtyard in Albany. The room was nice but one of the sheets on one of the Queen Beds had a massive stain of which I do not know. When I pulled the comforter back, it was on the sheet over the mattress… very off putting. They could not have any one bring me a new set of sheets due to no staff but they told me they would take 30 dollars off of my room charge. The check in staff were great though as was the cafe team.
