The bed had a smell of humid or mold, I called the front desk to report it and also request to have a spray like Lysol, but it didn’t happen. Also, there was a big snow precipitation, but the parking lot as well as the access route were never cleaned, it was very messy and unsafe.

Bedbugs! No closet! No place to put things down in bathroom; toilet very low! Two front desk staffers seemed inconvenienced that we asked questions. We asked for a luggage rack for our suitcase, was told it would arrive, never came.

We love this property, we come here twice a year for a mini shopping getaway. Hotel is near 2 walkable restaurants, if you want to have a few drinks you don’t have to drive. Hotel is quite very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.

The room was in good condition but a little outdated. The shower curtain was too short in the walk-in shower, which caused shower water outside of shower area. Additionally, my suggestion would be to have free coffee available in the lobby.
