Good and bad.
The good, the reservation processwas easy. The front desk staff were both accomodating and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typically unremarkable, but for free you could do worse. The coffee was good. The bad was the state of maintenance of the airport shuttle. We nearly were trapped inside due to the difficulty of the stuck door. Fortunately I was able to open the door when others were not. It was unnecessarily difficult due to a faulty door latch. This should be addressed as soon as possible.

Clean quiet room. Funniest part was the airport shuttle van door wouldn’t open and we had to climb over the front seat to get out . Would stay here again.

I stayed the night while in the area for work and it was such a a pleasant stay! The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the toiletry products in the bathroom - I have very sensitive skin and the products/sheets did not irritate my skin at all. The free breakfast was really good and the hotel is set off of the main drag, but still extremely close to everything. I would love to stay here again!

We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. Everything was clean, king bed super comfortable, good breakfast with lots of options included in the price. Staff friendly. Only complaint is that there was no mention of a shuttle bus from the airport when I made the booking. I emailed to ask about this and never received an answer. A cab cost us $32 ($47 AU) which was an unnecessary expense! Otherwise, very happy.

A neat and comfortable place
I had to make this reservation on very short notice and was pleasantly surprised. The room was not very large, but certainly adequate, beautifully layed out and decorated. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the swimming pool was not in operation.

Not the quality it once was!
A long line to check in. Room had one window view of cars. The bathtub was stained or unclean I refused to shower in it. Worst of all I woke up with a very sore back! I paid almost $200 for a room that was more in keeping with a Motel 6. At least the drive way filled with pot holes was resurfaced. Room was quiet and decently cleaned. I probably will chose a different motel next time I visit Albany. Hampton Inn used to mean quality but obviously not any more. Don’t waste your money!
