We have stayed at this Hampton many times over the years. The location is very convenient. The upgrades have been done well. The only issue is making a left from busy Wolf Road to get into the hotel. It is a safer option to pass the property, make a left at a traffic light, then enter by making a right turn.

We made reservation and enter the wrong date, call to change the date from 5/5 & 5/6 to 5/16 & 5/17 you had nothing available for the date we wanted to change it to so we ask for our refund but you kept our money. $150.59 doesn't grow on trees. You don't have to worry about us calling you guys again, and ill make sure ill let people know.

In my rooom: The noticeably nicked/dinged faux-wood furniture, and heavily soiled seat cushion fabric on the desk chair in my room, left me feeling that this was less than an excellent stay. The desk chair fabric was so repugnant I did not sit on it before placing a towel down first. With refurbishment, it would again be what one expects at a Hampton Inn.

Environmental hazard

This was the absolute most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. It is under construction without any plastic put up to stop the debris from flying through the air. It is infested with rodent mites and fleas. There is a black film of it across the ceiling in rooms, AC units and coating the blinds. I pulled the filter in unit to check it and it was disgusting. You could see the eggs and actually actual fleas!!!

Rey good service. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. The breakfast had choices of hot and cold items. There were eggs and waffle maker, which kids love. Close the airport, mall and various restaurants. Location was quiet. Excellent value. Would definitely
