Problems with basic amenities.

Great location and space was very clean. Unfortunately the TV was stuck on power save screen, the TV remote did not work. The refrigerator made a clicking sound that got so bad at 4:00 AM I had to unplug it. The shower gel dispenser was broke so I washed with the shampoo. The bedside light had a lightbulb out. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Wish the room situation was better so I’d return because the cost was very fair.

No coffee, no water provided during stay. Toilet bowl was dirty, room insulation was not good, could heard any sound from next room or outside,airconditioner (heating) was loud, good thing bed was comfortable and clean.

It was an excellent value for the money. The common areas did smell like cleaning products, but the room did not. The room was very clean and perfect for my needs. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it's amazing.
