Booked a King size bed, immediately received an email from hotel manager saying we will get 2 queens. At check in got a room for 1 queen. TV did not work until the night manager came in at 11. Bathroom door did not close properly.

Small things to improve on but good otherwise

Overall was good. Just a stop on a road trip. Check in clerk had her phone up pretty loud watxhing tv the entire time she checked me in. I reserved 2 beds, got 1. And the remote was absolutely filthy. Good otherwise.

I signed a form for no smoking, and the whole place reaked of marijuana! I put my fan on for the shower and it reaked of marijuana! Coffee wasn't on at 5:45 a.m. the front desk person said it was 24 hours, and instead of helping me, btw he wasn't busy, told me to come back after 6a.m. The room was HOT! No ac running..the lobby was hot for breakfast, no ac running... This place was disgusting! And the dirty shirt on the kitchen help was a complete turn off! I'm sure he didn't was his hands, let alone his clothes or body . Litter everywhere around the property, and the day shift staff was lazy at best!!!

Wouldn’t stay there again.

Took about 15 minutes for them to find the reservation. Refrigerator broken throughout 3 night stay. Offered to replace but didn’t. They only make the beds on request. Downstairs bathroom out of order. Bannister on stairs detached. Led to near fall. Needed 2 screws. They didn’t repair it through our stay. The a/c was not central. Made it cold, but not comfortable. I’m not sure why it had a setting for Cool and another setting for Dry, but I awoke to a partially eaten Tootsie Roll being completely damp with water from the air. Except for front desk, none of the staff spoke English. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Learn about your own property!

We were booked for a room with a King Size bed which this facility didnt have. Received an email we had been changed to a room with 2 queen beds. Was put in a room with 1 queen bed. When the air-conditioner didnt work, our room was switched and we were told there were no rooms with 2 queen beds either. But we were put in a room with2 queen beds! And the vending machine didn't work. Overall, the room was fine.
