Very thin walls, so could hear everything that was going on in the hallways at all hours of the night. There were also sketchy people in the lobby and hallways with trash bags walking around. Did not get great sleep here because it did not feel safe.

Very sketchy people hanging around in the lobby and coming in at 3am slamming doors in and out. Dirty windows, doors and tables. People hanging out in cars in the parking lot. Didnt feel safe at all. Cancelling my stay on the return trip.

The manager of this property should be embarrassed of the condition of the property. It was the most disgusting place, dirty, stained, and unsanitary. Would never stay there again.

We stayed here for a conference that was somewhere else. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There are 2 floors, but NO ELEVATOR!! So make sure to call ahead to get a room on the first floor because we had to drag our bags up stairs to the second floor where our room was!! The stairway was dirty and hallways could have been cleaner, but overall our stay was good! The night staff wasn’t very friendly! We seen the breakfast, but never ate it since our conference had a buffet style breakfast every morning!

My fiancée and I booked this room to stay one night after a show in Albany. We did not stay the night as we plan. It was not clean. We complained to the reservation who stated I could not get my money back since I booked through expedia and ask us to turn off the video we took as evidence. It was a bad experience all around. I will advise that you do not stay here. We left and drove the 2 hours home.

It took an hour to check in. Their system was down and there was a Spanish speaker. They had given him a room with one bed. He has reserved a room with 2 beds and they couldn't change his room . They were able to check in (slowly) people who had reservations. A woman who I believe was the owner left the front desk instead of helping people checkin. The breakfast was less than average and got very messy The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

We booked a room with a king size bed but when we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds on the first floor and there was no shade on the window. We were told they do not even have king size beds so not sure why we were able to book that. We were then given another room on the 2nd floor that had a window shade but the toilet was not clean. We went out and were told it would be clean when we got back. It was not. We did not want to move again so we cleaned the toilet ourselves. The tub filled up with water when showering which was disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had the privacy sign on the doorknob but someone still entered while we were out the second day of our stay and literally just put the blinds up and turned off the AC. That was just disturbing. The area was not great either with lots of sketchy looking people hanging around outside. All in all I do not recommend this hotel. I have tried to add pictures to this review but it will not allow me to.

This hotel was fine for the great price I paid. It's close to UAlbany and that's why I was in the area. The outside was clean, lobby was spacious. Plastic shields between the customer and front desk employee is off-putting. The breakfast area was way, way too small tonaccommodate the amount of guests who would be wating at any given time. Breakfast hours were long, which was great (6-10 am). Waffles, toast, yogurt, muffins and some fresh fruit were the offerings. It was a nice assortment, but if staying longer than 2 nights yous be bored with those offering. The room was a good size for 2 double beds. We had plenty of aoace to put our bags. The bathroom had a nice vanity for laying our toiletries. Rooms seems to have been recently updated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable which made a great night's sleep. My biggest compliant is the awful smell of the rooms. I don't know of it's a mold smell from the AC unit or what, but it was so bad on the second night after returning from a long day on Albany's campus that I had to request a disinfectant. It helped in the moment, but when i got home inrelized that all of my clothes, even the ones I hadn't worn had the terrible smell. Our room was serviced, which was a surprise. I actually would have preferred that it wasnt, but I didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign. It was a good value for the price. I'd stay again, but woukd hope the smell is under control.

When I started to settle in my room I noticed the tv was limited to 3 channels. When I called the front desk the rep asked if I’d like to change rooms. So I took the offer. As I got into my second room I was noticing wet spots thinking it was a leak from the refrigerator. But really it was the entire carpet was soaked. I had to put towels on the floor to not get my socks wet. I wasn’t trying to walk with my shoes especially when getting up in the morning touching the floor with my bare feet. I took a showers and didn’t feel clean cuz the floor was soaking wet. The rep was very nice just the rooms were not welcoming.
