Quiet, friendly, warm pool, great breakfast

Probably the best hotel I have stayed at in this price category. Super friendly evening receptioninst, nice breakfast (even waffles), the pool was sufficiently warm to enjoy and play around with my child (often with low-usage pools like this, it's too cold). Perhaps most importantly, no busy roads and no elevators, so it was quiet!

I booked this place last minute to save us from a terrifying & terrible booking at the Ramada Inn & I’m so glad we discovered this place! We come to Albany often & this is now our #1 spot.
