Hotel is si deteriorated from the exterior as soon as you pull into parking lot you can see how bad it is , I didn’t even got off to check my room, I already knew what type of conditions was gonna be so I left and booked me a cleaner decent areas hotel

This had to be the worst hotel I have ever booked. I don’t think they have done maintenance in many years. The front door is broken and stuck open. The front Matt was worn thru. The bathtub was disgusting and dirty. Very poor cleaning job. There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. Can’t believe Ramada would lend their name to this property. There was more but I will atop

Web site is NOT up to date. Shows two pools and both are CLOSED. clerk said they were closed a couple of days ago but the outdoor pool had a tarp over it and all was dirty around it. Proving that it had been closed for quite a while. Probly since covid!!!!!!! False representation on web site

I won’t recommend it! I am requesting a refund! As I was leaving this morning, several other guests had the same and even worst experience with their stay. This hotel should not be recommended at all. It’s below 3rd world quality and even worst. Need to be reported. As mentioned I am requesting a refund. I would also appreciate a response. Expedia shouldn’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons. Thank you!

Awful experience. The photos do not accurately represent the hotel. The hotel is in poor condition. We had neighbors screaming all morning and security was called on them. I would give zero stars.
