Overall the property was a good fit for a few nights. It was clean, the beds were comfortable & the staff was polite. Our major complaint was the pool. It was unattended (noted), and in my opinion there was way to many people in the pool, behavior that was very unsafe and much to loud for a family with young children to safely swim. I did notify the staff...however not much was done.

At 7 PM, the rooms were still being cleaned which resulted in a wait to get checked in. The person at the desk was very apologetic and did her best to move things along. The room was excellent otherwise.

Love Staybridge on Wolf Road! I didn't need to rent a car! Shuttle service was excellent and on demand. I could walk to Trader Joe's and Mall. Rooms were good size with full kitchen. I had lovely hot and varied breakfast each morning. Also had their wonderful meals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. I will be back!

The beds are uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated. The pool could also use some sound proofing on the walls. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful
