Nice place, worked out great for walking to MVP Arena for a concert. Wish Expedia would have said you have to pay for parking but that’s not a big deal. Friendly staff, breakfast was pretty good, nothing too crazy. My wife and I said we will come back here for any future trips to Albany.

Pretty nice

Nice place, with comfortable beds. The location is sketchy, but overall a decent stay. I wish they offered either bacon or sausage with breakfast.

Could be better, but it’s okay

There was not any hot water when I showered in the morning. The bathroom smelled a bit like wet cat and was not well ventilated. There were no accessible outlets near the beds for charging cables. The walls did not seem to have any soundproofing as we were woken up by a conversation one morning and someone’s alarm clock the next morning. Breakfast was decent. The lady cleaning up the area was really nice. The front desk was very helpful. Parking was convenient but unclear why they are charging $10 per day. Beds and towels were clean, but a couple extra towels would have been nice.

Great hotel. I sure of why there is a parking fee as there is nothing nearby. We are inner city people. Area was a bit sketchy to the right when exiting the hotel. Going left was much better. Service was great. Front desk was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast could use an upgrade

The Hotel was clean, but there were discrepancies between what Expedia said and what I was charged. Although it stated free parking, I was charged a daily fee. Less essential but good to know, breakfast doesn't have any meat.
