Great experience, firm bed, clean rooms, friendly staff, the airport shuttle is on demand, took less than 10 minutes to pick me up from the airport in the afternoon; was ready to go back at 3:30am faster than I could get my coffee ready in the lobby. 10 out of 10 will stay again when I am in the areas

We were told we could park at the hotel for the duration of our trip and then they didn’t honor that when we arrived. We were also told it was easy to park at the airport parking and the hotel shuttle could pick us up. Also not true. My husband had to take two different shuttles after being put on hold for 10 minutes. We were hoping for an easy overnight stay as we had a super early flight out in the morning but nothing about checking in or parking was as stated or easy to accomplish.

Convenient and close to airport. Was put in a handicap accessbile room. OK for the night because we checked in at 2:00 a.m. and went right to bed then got up, but if staying at hotel for longer period of time, would have requested a room change.

Stayed here for just a night for an early flight out of Albany. The hotel is new so you would hope it would be nice, but what a great job they did with this. Hotel feels fresh, modern, and clean. Rooms are somewhat small but super nice. Sadie at the front seat was great. Highly recommend!
