For the most part, the Quality Inn in Albemarle, NC is acceptable, but not by much. If you just need a bed to sleep in, it works out well, for the price. It was a smoking room, but the mattress cover had some massive burns in it and kind of disgusting. Smokers still deserve a good room. Lastly, the water from the faucet was a thin stream and not enough to wash your hands and it took a while to fill up a cup for coffee. My overall rating would be a 3.

The room was clean and everything functioned properly. Breakfast buffet area was very clean and well stocked. Nothing fancy but adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful and friendly at all times. The reason for four stars instead of five is the rooms and the bathrooms need some serious renovating and repainting. If you need fancy look elsewhere but if you want a clean room at a low price this is the place

Pretty much what I expected. Stayed here for a night while hunting in the area. Room shows its age but again it was cheap. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the teenagers racing their loud cars up and down the main street well into the night.

DISGUSTING. We also are covered in bites, assuming they are bed bugs. Couldn’t even shower because the water stunk and the shower was gross. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Holes in the doors looked like bullet holes. Black stains all over the pillows.

Apparently the hotel changed ownership the day of our stay. Room had damages that had not been repaired. Breakfast was akready closed down when we arrived minutes after 9 a.m. Hope the new owners can make a go of it. It has a great location.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in my life. Shockingly bad lol. Our first room (223) smelled of smoke and we switched to room 208. 208 only had three pillows, and the pillowcases and sheets were visibly very dirty. When I requested new pillows and fresh linens to change the sheets myself, the night staffer told me they “have no extra linens” which seems unlikely, but we slept with towels on top of the pillows. The tub was very dirty and leaking, there was very little hot water, and the room smelled of smoke as well. There was a loud party a few doors down on the second floor Saturday night that lasted until after midnight and involved a few loud domestic disputes that continued on and off until 4am. The woman working at the front desk Saturday afternoon was very kind, but everything else was terrible, and our stay did not match the room description. We just did not get what we paid for. I was told to contact the manager who has not responded (sent an email 5 days ago). Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Towels were stained. Burn holes in blanket and cover. Bad painting and patching AC didn’t work in the room. Blood stains on wall. You could tell that they had upgraded some furniture but over all pretty bad
