I can't say enough about the cleanliness - I had read reviews that said it was impeccable, and it really was spotless. We also enjoyed the fact that there were always covered outdoor spots to eat. Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there.

We spent a great week at this hotel with 2 young kids. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, the entertainment team were excellent with the children both poolside and in the evenings! Fantastic facilities so much to do at the complex and the entertainment staff really made the holiday extra special great for children and families . Great hotel

This hotel was amazing, the staff was super friendly and nothing was to much bother. The hotel and grounds were spotless. There was a great variety of food and quality was great. The on site water park was great with lifeguards on hand. The water park was enclosed so it was very safe with little one. I would definitely go again.
