A fabulous 4 night stay. Wanted to relax and enjoy the weather and this was perfect. Facilities are excellent and the staff warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We had a So Suite which was very large with breakfast and brunch and the brunch is a great option. The grounds are so pretty, an easy walk to the beach where you can paddle for miles and we loved the poolside area by Lima. Easy taxi ride from Faro and only 20 mins to Albufeira. I would highly recommend.

The beautiful outdoor area for our breakfast, the nearby swimming pools and easy access to the long stretch of beach stood out at this excellent hotel. The prices for the restaurant meals were a bit steep in my opinion and the hotel could better promote the experiences it has on offer. The room, service and facilities were all excellent in my experience.

The service within the hotel was excellent. So polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good as was the hotel gym. We did have issues with the electricity/tv in our particular room which we had to get assistance. Only issue was the smoking of the guests- they smoked everywhere- especially in the pool area which we didn’t appreciate at all.

The lounges and sun loungers were largely “booked” from morning to evening and we spent most days either sitting on chairs waiting whilst most loungers weren’t been used and the staff didn’t remove these towels and the other days at the beach unable to book the loungers as they were fully booked but infact completly empty. They need a policy of removing towels after a period. This hoarding and booking without show leaving none available for those seeking is poor service

Felt very clean and upmarket, staff were friendly, and the room was luxurious and spacious. Be mindful, though, that extras can get quite expensive - the spa (100€+), renting a bed at the beach (50-80€), food (60-80€+ for 2), etc.
