Awful! The photos DO NOT reflect the actual condition of the property. I read the reviews before booking this place so I was shocked that I found this hotel was the opposite of what reviews said. Leaves me feeling that I cannot trust reviews. The homes across the streets all had bars on the windows and even windows on the hotel room they booked us in had bars! The furniture was dirty and dilapidated, many items in disrepair, ceiling fan broken, shower rod falling down, mini blinds shabby, wooden floor had holes in it. I was so upset with the room, felt completely mislead, but because I booked through a “ third party” they couldn’t guarantee I could get my money back. I basically had the choice to forfeit my $240 or stay in an unsatisfactory hotel. I took the chance and left there and booked a different hotel for the night. Upon returning home I called Expedia and they agreed to refund my money due to the disappointment I experienced. I cannot recommend this hotel to others however Expedia made it right by refunding my money.

This place was sooo beautiful and historical. It was located just a couple of blocks from Old Town and was an enjoyable walk to get there. Stores and resturants galore. We got a room with a indoor hot tub and enjoyed a nice quite event in after our exploring. Room is comfortable with an old charm with new items. The only true thing we didnt like here is the bed. It was too hard for us but everybody is different when it comes to firmness. But the made to order breakfast made it better in the morning. We will definitely be back in the future.

Hot Tub was worth the stay

The hotel was pretty, there was a wedding right outside our room. The location was the teason we chose to stay here. The casita was rustic, but it had a strong shower. The grounds were lush with green, but that just means plent o mosquitoes.

**Charming Stay at Casas de Suenos Old Town Historic Inn** Our recent stay at Casas de Suenos Old Town Historic Inn was absolutely delightful! The unique bungalow concept offered a rare and cozy atmosphere that made our visit truly special. Each bungalow feels like a private retreat with its own delightful outdoor space surrounding a beautiful courtyard. At the center of the courtyard is a lovely pool and Jacuzzi, which added to the relaxing ambiance. We spent many enjoyable moments soaking in the sun and unwinding by the water. One of the standout features of our stay was the custom breakfast prepared by the chef each morning. It was a wonderful spread with a great selection of delicious options, all complemented by excellent coffee. It really set the tone for a perfect day ahead. Overall, our experience at Casas de Suenos was exceptional, and we can’t wait to return to this charming oasis!
